About KAE Travel Suite
Built inside the real work of a travel agency.
KAE Travel Suite came out of the day-to-day problems advisors and agency owners deal with every week: missed final payments, quotes nobody followed up on, commissions nobody could account for, and numbers that only existed at tax time.
Where it started
KAE wasn't designed in a conference room and then shown to travel advisors. It was built and tested inside a working agency, Discover the Magic Vacations, where real advisors booked real trips with it every day.
That environment shaped everything. Booking records are organized around final-payment dates because missing one costs a client money. Commissions are tracked per booking because suppliers don't always pay what they owe. Team leads and splits exist because an agency needed them to pay its advisors correctly.
Discover the Magic Vacations is where KAE was proven. KAE Travel Suite is its own product, made by KEANEM Technologies, for any advisor or agency. You don't need to belong to that agency, or any other, to use it.

A few principles we don't bend.
Travel first
Every screen is designed around how travel businesses work, not adapted from a general sales tool.
Calculate, then interpret
KAE computes the numbers. AI, where it's used, explains them. AI doesn't do the math.
Less data entry
If the answer to a field wouldn't change a recommendation or a next step, KAE shouldn't ask you for it.
Honest labels
If a feature is in development, we say so. We don't publish invented statistics, testimonials or results.
The name
Why "KAE"
KAE comes from Ke-An-Em, the name behind KEANEM Technologies, the company that builds it. The logo carries the rest: the K as an airplane in motion, the A as a globe.
The product is for travel. The name is a reminder that it's built by people who run a travel business, for people who run one too.
