Frequently asked questions
What is KAE Travel Suite?
KAE Travel Suite is an operating system for running a travel business. It keeps clients, trips and bookings, quotes and proposals, commissions, follow-ups and sales reporting in one place, and adds agency tools for teams.
It is made by KEANEM Technologies and built specifically around how travel advisors and agencies work.
How do Travel Suite, Intelligence and Discovery fit together?
They are three connected layers, not three separate products. KAE Travel Suite runs the business. KAE Intelligence understands and coaches the business. KAE Discovery helps the business get discovered.
Travel Suite is always the foundation. KAE + Intelligence adds Intelligence on top of the Suite. KAE Complete adds Discovery as well. Commercially they are packaged in that order, but Discovery and Intelligence are separate systems: Discovery uses structured advisor expertise, evidence, consent and matching data from the KAE ecosystem, while Intelligence helps advisors understand and grow their own business.
How much does KAE cost?
KAE Travel Suite is $29/month. KAE + Intelligence is $49/month total, which is the Suite plus $20 for Intelligence. KAE Complete is $69/month total, which adds Discovery for another $20. Agency and host-agency plans are custom.
Right now every plan starts with a request form. Nothing is charged when you submit it.
Can I buy KAE Intelligence on its own?
No. KAE Intelligence works from the business information and calculations inside KAE Travel Suite, so it cannot run without it. That is why it is offered as KAE + Intelligence at $49/month total, not as a separate product.
Is KAE Discovery a lead list I can buy?
No. KAE Discovery is not a purchased lead list and cannot be bought on its own. It is part of KAE Complete, and it gives eligible advisors access to the KAE Discovery ecosystem and to AI-originated lead opportunities through supported integrations as they become available.
Participation does not guarantee lead volume, placement or visibility.
Is KAE a CRM?
It includes one, but the CRM is only part of it. A general CRM tracks contacts and deals. KAE also tracks the things a travel business runs on: departure and return dates, suppliers, final-payment deadlines, commissions, booking status and team production.
It was designed for travel from the start rather than adapted from a general sales tool.
Who is KAE for?
Independent travel advisors who want to run their work like a real business are the primary audience. KAE also supports established advisors, team leads and agency owners, and agency and host-agency plans are being developed.
Do I need to belong to Discover the Magic Vacations?
No. KAE Travel Suite is a separate product from KEANEM Technologies. It was first developed and tested inside a working agency, Discover the Magic Vacations, but you do not need to belong to that agency, or to any particular host, to use KAE.
What does founding access mean?
Founding access means joining KAE early. Founding advisors get early access, a direct line to the people deciding what KAE builds next, and potential beta access to features that are still in development.
Founding access is not a discount. You choose one of the published plans, and submitting the form does not create an account or charge anything.
Is KAE Intelligence available?
Not yet. KAE Intelligence is in development, and Business Health is being built first. You can request KAE + Intelligence now and join the waitlist. We will not charge for Intelligence until it is available to you.
What is KAE Discovery, and is it live?
KAE Discovery is being developed to help eligible advisors make their expertise understandable and discoverable through supported AI-powered experiences. It is built around structured specialties, supporting evidence, opt-in consent and attribution for leads that come from AI discovery.
It is not live in any public AI assistant today, and no AI company has approved or endorsed it. Participation does not guarantee lead volume.
Does KAE book travel?
No. KAE is not a booking engine and does not connect to supplier reservation systems. You book with your suppliers the way you do today, then record the booking in KAE. From there KAE keeps track of the dates, payments, commissions and follow-ups that come with it.
Does KAE use AI?
The short version: KAE calculates, AI interprets.
Numbers in KAE, such as conversion rates, commissions, baselines and payment dates, are calculated by KAE's own logic, not by an AI model. KAE Intelligence adds an AI layer that explains what those calculated numbers may mean and suggests one thing to test. The AI never does the math.
Does KAE replace ChatGPT?
No. General AI assistants are good at general questions. KAE Intelligence is narrower on purpose: it only works on your travel business, using the data already in KAE, so its suggestions are about your leads, your proposals and your clients rather than travel advisors in general.
Does KAE train AI on my client data?
KAE Intelligence is being designed so that KAE computes the numbers itself and sends an AI model only what it needs to explain them, with client names replaced by internal references wherever possible. Feedback you give on a suggestion is designed to shape future suggestions for your account only, not to retrain a model.
The final data-handling terms for Intelligence will be published in our privacy and AI usage policies before Intelligence is released. If you have a specific question before then, ask us and we will answer in writing.
Are the reviews on this site real?
Yes. Every published review comes from a verified KAE user. A review is only published when the reviewer has given permission to publish, our team has matched the reviewer to a real KAE account, and a KAE admin has approved it. We do not write, buy or seed reviews.
Can agencies use KAE?
Yes, in a limited way today. KAE already supports agent accounts, team leads, commissions and team sales visibility. Agency and host-agency plans, including owner dashboards and white-label options, are being developed with a small pilot group and priced by conversation.
